# Introduction Getnet's Magento plugins at this moment are different from country to country and therefore, the objective of this document is to detail the installation process by country. *** # Argentina ***Setting up the Magento plugin*** To use the Getnet Magento plugin in your Magento system, you must: * Install the plugin on the server hosting your Magento web store. * Configure the plugin in Magento. * Configure the success, error, and webhook URLs in the [Merchant Portal](https://www.globalgetnet.com/). The success and error URLs define where in your web store the customer is redirected to after completing their payment, and the webhook URL defines where Getnet sends webhook notifications containing payment status updates. [***Prerequisites***](https://developer.getnetworld.com/products/magento-plugin?tab=documentation\&documentationId=setting-up-getnet-magento#prerequisites-041e0) To use the plugin, make sure the following requirements are met: * Magento version between 2.3.5 and 2.4.5 inclusively * Console and FTP access to your server * Getnet credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) [***Setting up the plugin in Magento***](https://developer.getnetworld.com/products/magento-plugin?tab=documentation\&documentationId=setting-up-getnet-magento#setting-up-the-plugin-in-magento-194f4) To set up the plugin in Magento: 1. Download the Getnet Magento plugin zip file from [GitHub](https://github.com/getnetArgentina/Magento) or directly from [here](https://assets.developer.pagonxt.com/site/binaries/content/assets/santander/smps/common/public/magento-main.zip). 2. Install the plugin. 1. Copy the plugin zip file to the /app/code folder under the root folder of your Magento installation and unzip it there. If the /code folder does not exist, create it. After unzipping, you have the following path under your Magento root folder: /app/code/GetnetArg. You can then delete the plugin zip file. 2. Open a terminal on the server where your web shop is hosted, move to the Magento root folder, and execute the following commands: php php bin/magento cache\:disable php bin/magento setup\:upgrade php bin/magento setup\:di\:compile `php bin/magento cache:enable` Example output: ![](https://assets.developer.pagonxt.com/site/binaries/content/gallery/santander/smps/common/public/magento/magneto-installation-example.png) > Note: If the compile command does not finish successfully (with **100%** displayed), increase your memory limit in PHP by adding the following line to your [php.ini](https://php.ini) file: memory\_limit 1024M 1. Configure the plugin in Magento: 1. In the store administrator left side menu, go to **STORES > Configuration**. 2. On the left side menu within the **Configuration** view, go to **SALES** > **Payment Methods**. The payment module list shows the new payment module as **Getnet Argentina**. 3. Define the plugin settings. | Field | Value | | | -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | - | | **Activate** | When the **Activate** option has been set to **Yes** and the changes have been saved, the payment module becomes visible in Checkout as **Getnet by Santander**. | | | **Client ID** | Client ID you received from Getnet. | | | **Client Secret** | Client Secret you received from Getnet. | | | **User Webhook** | Username to be used by the webhook service for authentication purposes. See steps **3** and **4** of the next section for more information. | | | **Pass Webhook** | Password to be used by the webhook service for authentication purposes. See steps **3** and **4** of the next section for more information. | | | **Test Environment** | Whether test or production mode is used. Set to **Yes** while you are testing the plugin, and set to **No** when you are ready to use the plugin in production. You must use the appropriate **Client ID** and **Client Secret** for each environment. | | 4\. Click **Save Config**. Log in to the [Merchant Portal](https://www.globalgetnet.com/) and navigate to the **Checkout configuration** page. 2. In the **Choose the screen after a transaction** section, apply the following suffixes to the base URL of your web store for the success and error URLs: * Success URL: `/argenmagento/response/success` * Error URL: `/argenmagento/response/fail` For example, if the base URL of your web store is [https://getnettest.com](https://getnettest.com), set the success and error URLs as shown in the following image. ![](https://assets.developer.pagonxt.com/site/binaries/content/gallery/santander/smps/common/public/magento/magento-success-error-urls2.png) 1. In the **Configure your notifications** section, apply the following suffix to the base URL of your web store for the webhook URL and define a username and password: `/argenmagento/webhook/response` For example, if the base URL of your web store is [https://getnettest.com](https://getnettest.com), set the webhook URL and define a username and password for it as shown in the following image. ![](https://assets.developer.pagonxt.com/site/binaries/content/gallery/santander/smps/common/public/magento/magento-webhook-url2.png) 1. Add the webhook username and password to your plugin settings in Magento. To do this, follow steps **3.a – 3.d** of the previous section, setting the values of the **User Webhook** and **Pass Webhook** fields to the username and password respectively.
